Properties: DBD-40 is a chemical peptizer for natural rubber.It is composition of dibenza mido diphenyl disulphide, metal complex and organic dispersing agents.The active ingredient of plasticizer DBD is 2,2'-dibenzoyl diphenyl disulfide, which is non-polluting, soluble in benzene, ethanol, acetone and other organic solvents, insoluble in water. Contact with the skin can cause dermatitis.

Application: It is used as a plasticizer for natural rubber, diene and styrene-butadiene synthetic rubber (use temperature 80 °C ~ 160 °C), suitable for high-temperature mixing processing, and should be added at the beginning of mixing. No frosting, no effect on the aging performance of the product. This product is mainly used in the manufacturing of tire industry, with stable quality, completely replacing the traditional thiophenol chemical plasticizer. It is non-toxic and non-polluting, and environmental friendly, qualified under EU Reach regulation.

Storage: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. The recommended max. storage life is 2 years when stored under normal conditions.
