Rubber Peptizer DBD-12 

Composition:  Blend of dibenzoylaminodiphenyl disulfide , synthetic activator,inert carrier and organic dispersing agents.

Specification:

Properties: DBD-12 is a derivative of DBD. Brown sheet powder or granule.

Application: It can be used as combination peptizing and processing additives which is effective in natural and synthetics rubber.It is effective on the mill at temperatures above 80 C and in the internal mixer up to 160C. It is easily dispersed in rubber due to their high content of dispersing agent.
Storage: The product should be stored in a dry and cooling place with good ventilation. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
