1. We invest RMB 150 million to new plant in Xun county and will build the rubber accelerator MBT workshop, the annual output is 30 thousand tons; supporting MBT resin integrative processing system, the annual output is 2000 tons. It have already started work construction and should be operational in August 2015.

2. We invest RMB 500 million In Heshan industrial park and will build new processes, which includes annual output of 20 thousand tons for MBT, annual output of 20 thousand tons for MBTS, annual output of 15 thousand tons for CBS, annual output of 15 thousand tons for TBBS, annual output of 10 thousand tons for Insoluble Sulfur; supporting annual output of 3000 tons resin comprehensive utilization projects.

3. It expects that the reconstruction period of all projects is about 3 to 5 years. Then the total capacity of Double Vigour will more than 100 thousand tons and sales revenue will reach RMB 1.5 billion, production capacity and sales revenue of our company will rank the forefront of the industry, which lays a foundation of the company's IPO for the next five years.
